Normally, sales of new and rebuilt exchange
Diesel Fuel Injection pumps and injectors ship out the same day the order is
received.
Please Note: Orders from outside of the United States may take up to 5 Business Days to ship since this will allow us to set up the customs paperwork, and shipping carriers. All orders sold outside the United States must be set up as a "Special Order" through the email sales@dfico.com and we will provide all of the costs.
Upon receipt of your repair order, we will completely disassemble, clean, and
perform our standard 10 point quality inspection. We will contact you with a
quote for the repairs. Once you approve the repair quote, we will ship your
repair order back to you the next business day using your shipping
instructions.
Note: For transport safety, please drain all fuel out of the Diesel
Pumps and Injectors prior to shipping. On sale of exchange Diesel Fuel Pumps
and Injectors, we recommend that the new pump or injectors be installed before
returning your core to us. Remove all brackets, sensors, etc. We must receive
the core back within 21 calendar days or your credit card account will be
charged a core fee. |
